 Mission Statement

The

  OKANAGAN PERFORMING ARTISTS LEGACY SOCIETY - (OPALS) 

is a registered non-profit organization incorporated in the Province of British Columbia since 1999.

The OPALS goal is to initiate a more effective method as to how professional performing

artists and musicians gain the necessary exposure and employable performance

opportunities needed to survive in the entertainment industry.

OPALS will soon launch an entertainment program that takes a whole new approach to the live

music industry. The success of the program will offer working artists and musicians a much

improved innovative way of touring.  The program will also increase exposure as well as 

a independant distribution system for newly released CD and video products. The

program will also provide clean, safe and comfortable accomodations.

The MV-OKANAGAN is to become the first showcase venue of seven that OPALS will be

eventually establishing throughout the Okanagan/ Thompson region.
